Clear rules for booking and cancellation.
Booking
Bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is confirmed when we send you a message with the date, pickup time and all details.
Rates
Rates are not published on the website. We confirm the rate for your group on WhatsApp before the trip, with no hidden extras.
Payment
No online payment is required. Payment is arranged directly with you, in cash or by an agreed local method.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are refunded at 50%. No-shows are not refundable.
Weather and changes
Sea trips depend on weather and port authority decisions. If a trip is cancelled for safety reasons, we offer another date or a full refund.
Health and safety
Please tell us about any medical condition, pregnancy or allergy when booking, and follow the instructions of guides and crew. Children must be supervised by an adult.
